Peter Jackson says that there is enough material in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings appendixes for another film! How epic would that be? But don't get your hope up too high;

As the title suggests, all that's left to do is cut and edit the footage for The Hobbit! All of the photography and filming is finished!
